Paneer cheese cutlets is very crispy and tasty snack recipe, it just melts in the mouth.

Step 1 :

Take 1 cup grated paneer in a mixing bowl.

Step 2 :

Add 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese.

Step 3 :

Add finely chopped green chilli and coriander leaves

Step 4 :

Add salt as required

Step 5 :

Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix well

Step 6 :

Now shape the mixture into tikkis or cutlets

Step 7 :

Take 2 tablespoons rice flour in a small plate

Step 8 :

Coat each cutlet evenly with the rice flour

Step 9 :

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a tawa or a shallow fry in the pan. When the oil turns hot, place the cutlets in it and pan fry it.

Step 10 :

When the base of the cutlet is golden brown gently flip the cutlets with a butter knife and fry till the other side is also golden brown.

Step 11 :

Place the cutlet on a kitchen tissue to drain off the excess oil Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
