This is an easy to make, quick yet tasty snack that will be loved by all.

Step 1 :

Take some fresh coriander leaves, wash and drain it and put in a mixer along with chillies. Do not add water and grind well, until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Then chop coriander, onions and grate the cheese.

Step 3 :

Take a bread slice, spread butter and then the coriander chutney. Add the chopped coriander, onion and grated cheese mixture and cover it with another bread.

Step 4 :

Place it in electric sandwich toaster and then switch on.

Step 5 :

When its done take it out and serve with ketchup.
