Step 1 :

Heat a kadai and with very little oil, saute the onions, capsicum, green chillies, garam masala and corriander together for a minute. Set it aside.

Step 2 :

Place a prepared roti on the tawa on low heat just to warm it, sprinkle half cup shredded cheese. Let it cook for 10 secs.

Step 3 :

Now sprinkle the sauteed vegetables all over the cheese and layer it again by sprinkling the remaining cheese. Let it cook for another 10 secs.

Step 4 :

Now fold the roti and let it cook for 30 secs.

Step 5 :

Turn it over and let it cook for 5 secs, by now the cheese would have melted.

Step 6 :

Hold the sides together and take it off the stove. Yummy crispy healthy roti with a twist is ready.
