It is a Mumbai Style Delicious Veg "Britannia Cheese" Sandwich

Step 1 :

In a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook capsicum and tomato over medium heat for 2 minutes. Then take one Britannia cheese slice and cut it in a round shape and keep the remaining cheese for toppings on the slices

Step 2 :

Apply Britannia butter on the slices. Make sure the butter covers the entire bread.

Step 3 :

Place tomato and capsicum mix on the slice and top it with the Britannia cheese (round in shape).

Step 4 :

Cover it with another slice and grill it for 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Now cut the sandwich in a circular shape and place it in a plate followed with 3 gems and Britannia Cheese on right side and 3 gems Britannia Cheese on the left.
