Step 1 :

In a pan, boil water add chillies, ginger, jeera and salt.

Step 2 :

Later, add rice flour and make a dough.

Step 3 :

Once the dough is done, shape it into doughnuts and steam it in idly cooker for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4 :

Once done, the rice flour donuts is ready to be served along with chutney and coffee or tea.
