Croquette has gained worldwide popularity, both as a delicacy and as fast food. It is a deep-fried ball usually containing cheese as the main ingredient in a ball of mashed potatoes. It is loved by all children.

Step 1 :
Boil the potatoes in a vessel with water and a little salt, let it cool, peel and mash it well.
Step 2 :
Now, add chopped coriander, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and chopped green chillies to the boiled potatoes.
Step 3 :
Add salt and black pepper powder for flavour.
Step 4 :
Take a small bowl and add 1/4 cup corn flour and 1/2 cup water to make a slurry.
Step 5 :
Apply little oil to your palm, take a small portion of the prepared potato mixture and make a thick disc.
Step 6 :
Place a cheese cube in the center and make a smooth ball. Similarly make all the cheese balls.
Step 7 :
Dip the ball into the corn flour slurry and then roll it into the bread crumbs.
Step 8 :
Prepare all the cheese balls the same way.
Step 9 :
Heat oil and fry all the balls until golden brown.
Step 10 :
Home made cheese Croquettes are ready to be served. Serve this delicious starter with tomato sauce and enjoy!
