Mathri is loved by all! This is a unique twist to the regular mathri recipe.

Step 1 :

In plate, add maida, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, oil and water.

Step 2 :

Knead the dough and roll out small roti from it with the help of katori, cut 4 circles from it.

Step 3 :

Place 4 circles on above the other.

Step 4 :

Spread Britannia Cheese Spreadz evenly on all the 4 circles. Fold it in half.

Step 5 :

Roll it out carefully as shown in video. Make other rose mathris in same way. Keep it in fridge for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Deep fry it and take it out in a serving plate.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle chilli flakes from the top.

Step 8 :

For hung curd dip, take 2 spoons curd, mix in 2 spoons of Britannia cheese spreadz, salt, chat masala.

Step 9 :

Serve Cheese Rose Mathri with hung curd dip.
