Quick, easy-to-make, healthy and delicious omelette for breakfast. It can also be had as a snack.

Step 1 :

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Step 2 :

Take a frying pan and heat it, add ghee or oil and button mushrooms to saute till they turn slightly brown.

Step 3 :

Meanwhile break the eggs, whisk and add white pepper powder and salt according to taste.

Step 4 :

Once the mushrooms are sauteed remove from pan and pour the eggs in the pan.

Step 5 :

When the omelette begins to leave the sides of the pan, flip to the other side.

Step 6 :

Add Britannia cheese slices in pieces and when it starts to melt, add the cooked mushrooms.

Step 7 :

Fold the omelette like a wrap and cook on both sides for some more time.

Step 8 :

Remove from the pan and serve hot.
