Cheesy cauliflower makes a wonderful side dish, it just melts in your mouth.

Step 1 :

Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender. Do not overcook.

Step 2 :

Mix milk and corn flour in a bowl and stir briskly until no lumps are there.

Step 3 :

Melt the butter in a fry pan and gently toss in finely chopped garlic.

Step 4 :

Add the milk mixture and let it boil.

Step 5 :

Now, add grated cheddar cheese and leave to boil on low flame. Season with salt and pepper and switch off flame.

Step 6 :

Gently toss the cauliflower florets to the pan with the sauce until they are evenly coated.
