Here is a warm and crispy bread and butter pudding recipe with choco chips. This dessert will be relished by many sweet tooth lovers.

Step 1 :

Roughly break the slices of bread into small squares.

Step 2 :

Beat the eggs. Add vanilla, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Step 3 :

Melt 80% butter and add to milk.

Step 4 :

Whisk milk, butter, egg mixture from step 2 together.

Step 5 :

Butter a glass bowl lightly using remaining butter.

Step 6 :

Arrange a layer of broken bread pieces.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle half the choco chips over the mixture.

Step 8 :

Pour half the mixture from step 4.

Step 9 :

Repeat steps 6-8 so that the bread soaks up the mixture properly.

Step 10 :

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 40 mins or till the top part looks golden and crispy.

Step 11 :

Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
