This is an easy to make Peperonata recipe. It contains fusilli pasta, mix capsicum, onions and napoletana sauce.

Step 1 :

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once it starts to boil, add rock salt and add pasta to it. Cook it according to the given instructions on the pack.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, in a large pan, add olive oil on medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions, sliced green capsicums, sliced yellow capsicum and chopped garlic.

Step 3 :

Then, add the sauce and simmer it for 3 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.

Step 4 :

Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the suggested cooking time, reserve a cup of the cooking pasta water.

Step 5 :

Toss the pasta into the sauce for 2 minutes, and use some of the reserved pasta water if the pasta dries out.

Step 6 :

Add grated cheese and chopped parsley as garnish, drizzle extra virgin olive oil and mix it well.
