Step 1 :

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, jeera and hing to it.

Step 2 :

Mix well, add a little water and start kneading the dough.

Step 3 :

Divide the dough into equal balls. Place the balls on a moist cloth.

Step 4 :

Begin to spread it lightly with your fingers to make a round roti. If edges crack, then dip your fingers in water and join the cracks.

Step 5 :

Heat a greased tawa on medium flame. Place the roti on the tawa.

Step 6 :

Toast it on both the sides, brush some oil to prevent dryness.

Step 7 :

When the brown spots appear, the roti is done.
