It is a very healthy breakfast recipe. Easy to make yet tasty, it is full of protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium.

Step 1 :

Knead the wheat flour into a dough using water and a pinch of salt. Ensure the dough is soft. Cover it and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add paneer, sattu flour, ajwain, ginger paste, amchur, red chilli flakes, jeera powder, garam masala, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, onion and green chilli.

Step 3 :

Mix all the ingredient well together until it combines.

Step 4 :

Divide the dough into small balls and flatten it with your palms.

Step 5 :

Now take 1 flatten dough sheet and add 1 tbsp paneer filling in it, cover it with another flatten sheet and roll it nicely to make a paratha.

Step 6 :

Heat a tawa on the gas stove and shallow fry the paratha on both sides using little oil.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with cold curd.
