Tofu Stuffed Paratha

It is a simple yet healthy paratha as it contains tofu that is rich in fibre and proteins.

Step 1 :

In a pan, saute tofu chunks in a little oil until well cooked. Once done, dry it well using a kitchen towel.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add the tofu, finely chopped green chillies, garam masala, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Step 3 :

Mix the mixture well until it combines.

Step 4 :

Take wheat flour and knead a soft dough using a pinch of salt and required amount of water.

Step 5 :

Once done, cover the dough with a moist cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 6 :

Make 2 small dough balls and roll it out. Spread the mixture on one roti and cover it with another roti.

Step 7 :

Roll it again into 1/4 inch. Heat the tawa and cook the paratha with a little apply oil.

Step 8 :

Flip on to the other side and cook it on low flame to make it crisp.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot with curd or butter.
