It is a simple yet delicious paratha that is made from methi leaves and maize flour.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash methi leaves and finely chop it.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add chopped methi leaves, maize flour, salt and ajwain. Mix it well.

Step 3 :

Add required water to the bowl and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Step 4 :

Divide into equal portions and on a thin surface, sprinkle dry maize flour and roll the dough into flat discs.

Step 5 :

Heat a griddle pan and cook the paratha on low flame with a little oil. Cook the paratha on both sides.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with fresh cream, a dollop of butter or curd.
