Spring Onion and Paneer Stuffed Paratha

This recipe is delicious, healthy and aids in digestion. Spring onions contain vitamin C, vitamin B6, fibre, etc.

Step 1 :

Wash and finely chop spring onions.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add paneer and mash it well. Add spring onions and the leaves into the mashed paneer.

Step 3 :

Add salt, black pepper and coriander powder into this mixture. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Knead wheat flour into a dough along with a pinch of salt and required amount of water.

Step 5 :

Divide the dough into equal portions and using dry wheat flour, roll the dough into rotis.

Step 6 :

Make small sized lemon ball from the mixture and place it in the middle of each roti. Cover the filling by bring the edges of the roti together.

Step 7 :

Roll it into a ball and once again roll out the dough into rotis.

Step 8 :

Heat a non-stick pan, using a little oil, cook the parathas on both sides.

Step 9 :

Your spring onion paneer pranthas is ready. Serve it hot with curd or chutney.
