Step 1 :

With the help of a spoon scoop out the avocado fruit pulp.

Step 2 :

Mash the avocado pulp well to make sure there are no lumps.

Step 3 :

Add finely chopped green chillies, cumin powder, lime juice and salt to taste. Mix it to combine well.

Step 4 :

Add wheat flour to the pulp mixture and knead until it turns into a uniform dough.

Step 5 :

Now, make lemon sized balls out of the prepared dough and gently roll them into parathas.

Step 6 :

Cook each paratha on medium flame, on both sides until brown spots appear.

Step 7 :

Add 1 tsp of oil on each side to help the paratha cook well.

Step 8 :

You can serve it with a dollop of butter or any pickle of your choice.
