Step 1 :

In a mixer, grind washed spinach leaves, 3 garlic cloves, and 2 green chilies. Make a thin paste from it, if needed add a little water.

Step 2 :

Take wheat flour and add a pinch of salt, ajwain and 1 tsp of oil. Knead the dough with the help of the prepared spinach paste, add water if required. Ensure not to make the dough too thin.

Step 3 :

Once done, cover the dough with a moist cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4 :

In another bowl, add grated paneer, finely chopped coriander leaves, 3 chopped green chillies, lemon juice as required, a pinch of salt, chaat masala and crushed kasuri methi.

Step 5 :

Mix all the ingredients until well combined and your stuffing is ready.

Step 6 :

Take the rested dough and divide the dough equally into small balls.

Step 7 :

Make lemon sized balls of the stuffing and stuff it in each of the spinach dough.

Step 8 :

Roll it into medium thick parathas and cook it on both sides in a hot tawa on medium heat.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot with curd and pickled onions.
