This is an easy to make paneer paratha. If you are a paneer lover, this is a must try!

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, take wheat flour and knead it into a dough with a pinch of salt and required amount of water.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add grated paneer, finely chopped medium sized onion, cumin seeds, roasted ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 :

Make 2 balls from the wheat dough. Roll each ball into 4-5 inches circle.

Step 4 :

Divide the stuffing into two portions, place one portion each in the middle of the rotis.

Step 5 :

Seal all the sides properly and roll it into balls once again.

Step 6 :

Roll the stuffed ball each in dry flour and then roll it out into rotis.

Step 7 :

Heat a tawa with 1 tsp ghee and cook each paratha on both sides.

Step 8 :

Make it crisp and serve with curd.
