This paratha is healthy as it is loaded with palak and cabbage.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, take wheat flour, add a little oil and a pinch of salt.

Step 2 :

Make a soft dough and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Wash and finely chop cabbage and spinach. Add grated cheese into it.

Step 4 :

Add oregano, black pepper powder, salt and mix it very lightly with the help of spatula.

Step 5 :

Make a small ball from the dough, flatten it and stuff with chopped cabbage and spinach.

Step 6 :

Cover up all the edges together, make it into a ball again and roll it out into a disc.

Step 7 :

Fry it on the iron grid with a little oil and serve hot with curd, green chutney or tomato ketchup.
