Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil the potatoes along with water and a pinch of salt. Once the potatoes cook, drain the water and peel the skin.

Step 2 :

Take a bowl, pour 1/2 glass of water and then soak the bread one by one and take it out.

Step 3 :

Squeeze out water and place it in a plate.

Step 4 :

Now, add potatoes to it and mash them.

Step 5 :

Add salt, chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, oregano, finely chopped cashew nuts and almonds to it.

Step 6 :

Make a dough out of the mixture. Take small portions from it and make it into round cutlets. Keep them aside.

Step 7 :

Now, heat a kadai and pour oil in it. Fry these cutlets in hot oil until golden brown. Your tasty bread cutlets are ready to serve.
