Step 1 :

Wash mushrooms well, tap it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut it into halves, add cornflour along with salt and pepper.

Step 2 :

Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Deep fry mushrooms in a kadai.

Step 4 :

In another pan, add oil once it heats add onion, saute it for a while.

Step 5 :

Add capsicum and saute it for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Add the fried mushrooms, along with soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup and mix it well.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
