Overnight oats waffle is a great way to have delicious yet healthy grains for breakfast.

Step 1 :

In a large bowl, mix together, oats, wheat flour, milk powder, ground flax seeds and salt.

Step 2 :

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, 1/2 cup milk, active yeast and honey. Let it rest for 5- 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Gently mix the wet ingredients with dry ingredients by pouring the milk mixture over the dry ingredients. Don't over mix.

Step 4 :

Cover with a plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Step 5 :

Put it in refrigerator overnight, or if want to use it let it stand for 1 hour on counter.

Step 6 :

Next morning, heat the waffle iron. Cook as usual, it should cook in 5 minutes. Serve hot with a drizzle of honey or fresh fruits or jam.
