Bread Pizza Pockets are a good starter to prepare for special occasions and parties.

Step 1 :

In a kadai, heat 1 tsp butter and saute chopped garlic and onion.

Step 2 :

Now, add chopped carrot, sweet corn, chopped capsicum and salt. Stir fry on high flame, until the vegetables are cooked well.

Step 3 :

Add oregano and mix well. Transfer it into a bowl and allow it to cool completely.

Step 4 :

Add olives, jalapeno and mozzarella cheese. Mix it well.

Step 5 :

Take a bread of slice and trim off the edges and roll it into a thin sheet.

Step 6 :

Stuff the filling and seal tight. Heat the oil and deep fry the bread pizza pockets on medium flame or preheat the oven and bake it at 180° C for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7 :

Finally, serve the bread pizza pockets hot, with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
