Step 1 :
Cut potatoes into slices and wash it well in water.
Step 2 :
In a bowl, add red chilli paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and corn flour. Add few drops of water and mix it well to make a thick paste.
Step 3 :
Dip each sliced potato into the prepared paste.
Step 4 :
Heat oil in a kadai, take the sliced potato pieces and apply rava to it on both sides. Fry it in oil until it turns golden brown.
Step 5 :
Place it in a plate and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
