Step 1 :

In a grinding jar, add red chilli powder, grated coconut and green chillies along with cumin seeds and 4-5 tablespoons of water.

Step 2 :

Grind and make a smooth paste out of it.

Step 3 :

In a vessel, boil the vegetables in water along with salt and turmeric powder.

Step 4 :

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the ground coconut paste and mix well with the vegetables. Cook this for a minute on low flame.

Step 5 :

Add yogurt and mix well, cook it for 30 seconds.

Step 6 :

Once done, add coconut oil and curry leaves to it as garnish.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot.
