Coconut Ladoo

Coconut Ladoo is often served on festivals such as Raksha Bandhan. It is made of fresh coconut in the form of tiny balls.

Step 1 :

Heat a non stick pan and roast desiccated coconut on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2 :

Add condensed milk, dry fruits, and green cardamom powder and mix it well.

Step 3 :

Keep mixing it and switch off the gas.

Step 4 :

Allow the mixture to cool a bit and then form ladoos with the help of your palms. Grease your hands with ghee or oil to prevent the mixture from sticking on your palms.

Step 5 :

To coat the ladoos, roll it in the leftover desiccated coconut. You can keep 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut aside for it.

Step 6 :

Cool and serve it all.
