Paneer Oats Cutlet

This cutlet can be served as a starter or as a snack. It is healthy, rich in protein and has a savoury - mild sweet taste to it!

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash and boil the potatoes in a medium sized vessel along with 1/2 tsp of salt. Ensure the potatoes are boiled well so that it is easier to mash them.

Step 2 :

Take oats in dry mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

Step 3 :

Once the potatoes are cooked, peel it and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Mash these potatoes in a vessel and add paneer and raisins to it and mix well.

Step 5 :

To this, add oats, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix until it forms a dough.

Step 6 :

Make equal portions of the dough into kebab discs.

Step 7 :

Take a shallow pan, add little oil and shallow fry the cutlets on both sides.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with ketchup, green chutney or mayonnaise.
