This is an easy to make, rich in protein and quick to prepare shake that you can have for breakfast.

Step 1 :

Dry roast oats and grind it into a fine powder.

Step 2 :

Peel, de-seed and roughly chop the mango.

Step 3 :

Finely chop plums and de-seed them too.

Step 4 :

In a blender, add oats, milk, mango pulp, honey, almonds, chopped plums and blend it into a smooth shake.

Step 5 :

Pour it in a glass and garnish it with chopped plums and almonds.
