Chocolate brownie with soft sponge cake tastes amazing, as it just melts in the mouth. Almonds, walnuts and raisins adds a crunchy yet flavourful element to it.

Step 1 :
Sieve and mix together cocoa powder, powdered sugar, maida, baking powder and salt (dry ingredients) in a bowl.
Step 2 :
In another bowl, add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla essence, including the egg (wet ingredients) and mix it well.
Step 3 :
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until it combines well.
Step 4 :
Add chopped roasted almonds, raisins and walnuts in it.
Step 5 :
Put the batter in a greased baking dish, bake it at 250°C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6 :
Once done, dust some powdered sugar over it as topping.
