This is an easy to make black forest cake prepared with eggs that gives it a smooth texture and enhances its taste. You can surprise your loved ones by making this at home for their birthday.

Step 1 :

Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.

Step 2 :

Beat the eggs well, then add the flour mixture gradually and beat until it is fluffy and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Spread a little butter over the baking tray.

Step 4 :

Dust it with flour and keep it aside.

Step 5 :

Pour the batter into the baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 175° C.

Step 6 :

When it’s ready, let it cool and then slit it horizontally into two.

Step 7 :

Whip the cream till light and fluffy.

Step 8 :

Sandwich the two layers of cake with whipped cream and cherries.

Step 9 :

Top with whipped cream and cherries.

Step 10 :

Grate dark chocolate bar and sprinkle over the cake. Serve it chilled.
