The use of fiber-rich ingredients like methi and moong makes this an ideal food for children. Moong is also a good source of antioxidants and vitamin A.

Step 1 : For the garlic-onion spread

Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan and add cumin seeds in it.

Step 2 :

When the seeds crackle, add garlic and chopped onion pieces to it.

Step 3 :

Saute it on a medium flame for a minute or until the onions turn light brown in color.

Step 4 :

Combine the sauteed garlic and onion with the hung curd in a bowl.

Step 5 :

Add chili powder, hing and salt. Mix it well.

Step 6 : For the methi and moong sprouts stuffing

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, add green chilies and saute it on a medium flame for 15 seconds.

Step 7 :

Add fenugreek leaves and saute it on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Step 8 :

Add sprouted moong, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Step 9 :

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 10 :

Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

Step 11 : To prepare the wrap

Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly cook each chapati on both sides.

Step 12 :

Place the chapati on a clean, dry surface and spread 1 portion of the methi and moong sprouts stuffing in the center.

Step 13 :

Spread 1 portion of the garlic-onion spread evenly over it and roll it up tightly.

Step 14 :

Repeat steps 1 to 3 to make 3 more wraps.

Step 15 :

Serve it immediately.
