Homemade Banana Chips is easy to make. It takes less time to prepare. For a change, while watching the match, instead of having packed potato chips, try these freshly made ones.

Step 1 :

Peel the skin and thinly slice the bananas.

Step 2 :

Ensure the banana pieces are not sticking to each other.

Step 3 :

Pour oil into the kadai, make sure it is half filled with oil.

Step 4 :

Heat the oil on high flame, wait until the oil is well heated.

Step 5 :

Gently place the slices one after the other into the kadai.

Step 6 :

Turn the gas to medium flame and allow the pieces to fry well.

Step 7 :

Once it turns golden yellow in colour take it out, drain the access oil and apply salt and chilli powder or just salt if you wish to.

Step 8 :

Fry the remaining pieces in the same manner.

Step 9 :

Now, transfer the chips into a bowl and enjoy your snacks while watching the match.
