Dahi ke kebab is a soft, creamy, crispy and tasty kebab made with hung curd and paneer. It will melt in your mouth and is refreshing to the taste buds. This recipe is made using probiotic curd which makes it healthier.

Step 1 : For the stuffing

Heat oil in kadai and add finely chopped green chilli, garlic, ginger and onion to it.

Step 2 :

Saute it for sometime, then add grated paneer and saute it well.

Step 3 :

Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.

Step 4 :

Saute it for sometime, add hung curd and switch off the flame.

Step 5 : For the kebab

Cut the brown side of bread from all sides.

Step 6 :

Wet the bread carefully with small amounts of water.

Step 7 :

Add the stuffing and simply roll the bread and deep fry or shallow fry them.

Step 8 :

Serve them with ketchup.
