This dish is a popular vegetarian appetizer. It is not only healthy but tastes delicious and can be made without any hassle.

Step 1 :

Take little ghee in deep bottom pan. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is gone.

Step 2 :

Add boiled and finely chopped vegetables, salt, jeera powder, spinach puree, boiled potato and cook it well. Add the besan powder and mix it well.

Step 3 :

Saute the khova in little ghee till light brown in colour.

Step 4 :

Form a patty with the mixture and stuff it with khova and cashew nuts, in the center of the patty.

Step 5 :

Pan fry until crispy on the outside.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle chaat masala powder.

Step 7 :

Garnish with a lemon wedge and chopped coriander leaves.
