Sprouts Dhokla

Dhokla is a very common dish in Gujarat, it is very healthy and filling at the same time.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Combine sprouts, chopped green chillies and spinach in a blender and blend it together.

Step 2 :

Add salt and besan to it and mix it well.

Step 3 :

Just before steaming it, add a pinch of fruit salt and 2 tsp water.

Step 4 :

Mix it gently using a ladle.

Step 5 :

Grease a plate with some oil and pour the batter in it.

Step 6 :

Steam it for 10-12 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Step 7 :

Heat oil in a pan and saute the mustard seeds, pour this over the plate of dhokla.

Step 8 :

Cut into shapes and serve hot.
