This is an easy to prepare, spicy yet tangy pickle that will satiate your taste buds.

Step 1 :

Put the garlic cloves in a mixer grinder without peeling the skin and pulse it for 5 seconds.

Step 2 :

Heat oil on low flame, in a pan and add garlic, hing, red chillies and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 3 :

Switch off the pan and allow the oil to cool off completely.

Step 4 :

Take a bowl and mix chilli powder, mustard powder, methi powder, turmeric powder and salt in it.

Step 5 :

Now, mix the oil mixture with the dry spice mixture.

Step 6 :

Mix the mango pieces and transfer it in an air tight box. After 3 days, mix the contents again and on the 5th day the pickle is ready for consumption.
