Onion mango is a traditional summer recipe. This spicy tangy chutney is a must in every Marathi family.

Step 1 :

Wash the raw mango thoroughly, remove the skin and grate it.

Step 2 :

Take a large onion and finely chop it.

Step 3 :

Combine mango, onion, salt and jaggery together in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step 4 :

Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

Step 5 :

When it pops, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek powder and hing.

Step 6 :

Pour this seasoned oil on the mango onion mixture.

Step 7 :

Give it a good mix and the chutney is ready.
