This is an easy to make, tasty tangy pickle. The peels used for the recipe needs to be fresh. It can be store up to 2 months.

Step 1 :

Wash, clean and cut orange peels, green chillies and ginger into tiny pieces.

Step 2 :

Add salt to it and mix it well. Ensure the salt is well coated.

Step 3 :

Heat oil, add hing and lower the heat.

Step 4 :

Add salted ingredients and stir it for few seconds.

Step 5 :

Put off the heat, cover the pan with the lid and let it cool.

Step 6 :

Add lemon juice to it and mix it well.

Step 7 :

Your orange peel pickle is ready to eat.
