Step 1 :
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 2 :
Add urad dal, chana dal, coriander seeds, hing and red chillies. Saute it lightly.
Step 3 :
Add the tamarind and chopped tomatoes.
Step 4 :
Now, add salt and 2 tbsp of water to the mixture and cook for a few minutes till the tomatoes soften.
Step 5 :
Grind this with chopped coriander leaves.
Step 6 :
Season it with roasted mustard seeds.
