Kiwi is an excellent fruit, rich in vitamin C. Adding mint and coriander with dash of garlic, salt, sugar and green chilli makes it a mouth-watering chutney. Adding cashew nuts enhances the taste and gives it a creamy texture.

Step 1 :

Peel Kiwi and cut them in small pieces.

Step 2 :

Cut kiwis with chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, chillies, garlic, cashew and sugar in a chutney jar.

Step 3 :

Grind it to a fine paste.

Step 4 :

Add salt to taste and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Kiwi chutney is ready for you.
