Turmeric Pickle is a simple dish yet tastes yummy. It is very nutritious and healthy to include turmeric in your diet, everyday.

Step 1 :

Dry roast the red chillies, fenugreek seeds and hing, grind it into a fine powder.

Step 2 :

Cut the turmeric root into small pieces. To it, add the ground powder, salt and squeeze lemons.

Step 3 :

Add the chopped green chillies and mix it well.

Step 4 :

Store this in a glass bottle and do not refrigerate for 2-3 days.

Step 5 :

Stir it twice a day with a wooden spoon.

Step 6 :

After 3 days, it can be refrigerated and used.
