This is an easy to make traditional yet mouth-watering dish. It can be had with roti and rice.

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2 :

Now, add grated ginger and saute it for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add chopped onions and saute it till it turns light brown.

Step 4 :

Add chopped tomatoes and continue cooking until it softens.

Step 5 :

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala to the gravy.

Step 6 :

Mix it well and add finely chopped capsicum and let it cook for few minutes.

Step 7 :

Add salt, stir well and add 1/2 cup cream to the gravy.

Step 8 :

Add kasuri methi along with malai paneer cubes and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 9 :

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
