Step 1 :
Grind the tomatoes into puree form and keep it aside.
Step 2 :
Take a pan, pour oil into it, once the oil gets heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Step 3 :
Now, pour the tomato puree and add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt as required.
Step 4 :
Stir well and keep it on low flame till the oil separates.
Step 5 :
Once done, wait till it cools down. Then store it in a container.
