Mint is a rich source of vitamin c and antioxidant. It is a diet conscious drink as it helps to reduce swelling in limbs and morning sickness. It is a refreshing drink in summers and also helps in reducing weight.

Step 1 :

Grind mint leaves and sugar in a blender.

Step 2 :

Mix it with 1 litre of water.

Step 3 :

Add black salt and lemon juice to it.

Step 4 :

Stir it well and strain it using a sieve.

Step 5 :

Add 4 ice cubes per glass.

Step 6 :

Fill half the glass with the liquid mixture and the other half with soda.

Step 7 :

Serve it immediately.
