Raw mango prevents dehydration in summer and keeps you cool. It has vitamin C and cures scurvy. Pudina and black salt are is an excellent aid for digestion. Black salt eases bloating and acidity. This drink is very easy to make.

Step 1 :

Peel and roughly cut raw mango, ginger, green chilli and mint leaves.

Step 2 :

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well along with a glass of cold water.

Step 3 :

Strain the mixture using a sieve and pour it into a glass.

Step 4 :

Add ice cubes and garnish it with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
