Step 1 :

Cut watermelon roughly into pieces discarding the skin and the seeds.

Step 2 :

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.

Step 3 :

Put watermelon pieces, juice of 1 lemon, pinch of rock salt and handful of mint leaves into the mixer and blend well, no need to add water.

Step 4 :

Pour into a glass and garnish with a piece of lemon wedge.
