This is perfect side dish for rice and roti filled with proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Step 1 :

Wash and cut okra and onion to small pieces.

Step 2 :

Heat oil, saute onion and curry leaves till translucent.

Step 3 :

Add okra and salt to it. Fry till the okras stickiness goes.

Step 4 :

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to it.

Step 5 :

Move the fried okra to one corner and break the eggs one by one.

Step 6 :

Add little salt and oil to it and fry.

Step 7 :

Once the egg is completely fried, mix well with okra and fry for about 5 minutes.
