Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan saute chopped onion, curry leaves and chopped green chilli.

Step 2 :

Saute it till the onion pieces turn translucent.

Step 3 :

Add grated carrot, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 4 :

Saute for two minutes and add eggs to it.

Step 5 :

Turn off the flame and mix it well.

Step 6 :

Heat the tawa and fry the omelette on it. Do not add oil.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
