Step 1 :

Add atta into a bowl.

Step 2 :

Add thee-quarter cup of chilled milk along with malai in the bowl.

Step 3 :

Further, add sugar free powder and cardamom powder to it.

Step 4 :

Whisk it.

Step 5 :

Add the remaining milk little by little and whisk it into a smooth batter of pouring consistency.

Step 6 :

Then, pour ghee and heat on a flat pan.

Step 7 :

Take a ladle full of the batter and pour it on to the pan, making circles and spreading it like a dosa.

Step 8 :

Once you see the pores forming on top, add ghee on it.

Step 9 :

Spread the ghee by rotating the pan gently.

Step 10 :

Allow it to cook for about 30 seconds on a medium flame.

Step 11 :

Carefully flip it over and allow it to cook on the other side.

Step 12 :

Once it turns light brown in colour, remove it off the pan and serve hot.
